A member becomes a regular member of the Society if they participated in establishing the Society, or joined after its establishment and the Board of Directors accepted their membership, and they are specialists, interested parties, or practitioners of the Society's specialization. Whether individuals or corporate entities.

Membership Conditions

The member must be at least (15) years old.
Attendance at ordinary/extraordinary general assembly.
Commitment to general assembly decisions.
Appointing the legal representative in corporate entities if not the owner.

Volunteer as experts in various fields.
Receive and participate in the quarterly Al Nahda magazine.
Access to minutes and financial documents at the society headquarters.

Participate in committees supporting Al Nahda's mission.
Voting rights in the general assembly for members of at least 6 months.
Right to run for the Board of Directors for those over 21 years old.

Your Role as a Member

Propose ideas for activities and projects serving the society's vision and mission.
Contribute to implementing the society's events and activities.

Your Responsibilities as a Member

Familiarity with the society's regulations and legislation.
Continuous review of the society's programs and projects.
Compliance with the society's rules and regulations.
Compliance with general assembly and board decisions.
Contributing to achieving the society's goals.
Cooperating with the society and its staff to achieve its goals.
Updating personal data annually.
Not engaging in any action that may harm the society.

Subscription Value

^SR5,000 (Yearly)	Unrestricted donation of at least 100,000 SAR during the Board's term.

A member becomes a supporter if they commit to paying the regular membership plus a donation of at least (100,000) one hundred thousand Saudi Riyals from their personal account. Whether individuals or corporate entities.

Membership Conditions

The member must be at least (15) years old.
Attendance at ordinary/extraordinary general assembly.
Commitment to general assembly decisions.
Appointing the legal representative in corporate entities if not the owner.
Donation of at least 100,000 SAR.

A member becomes an affiliate if they applied for membership and one of the regular membership conditions did not apply, and the Board of Directors decided to accept them as an affiliate member, or if they applied as an affiliate member.
