In conjunction with International Women’s Day, which falls on the eighth of March every year, and choosing Riyadh as the capital of Arab women 2020, the National Platform for Women Leaders, “Leaders,” is launched, a new Saudi platform that aims to increase the empowerment of women in leadership positions.

The launching ceremony took place at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University in honor of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, and His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawah. Mrs.Rasha Al-Turki, Alnahda CEO gave an  introduction to Al-Nahda Society and its role in building the capabilities of Saudi women since its foundation.

Qiyadiyat is a national platform for Saudi women leaderships and it is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, implemented in cooperation with Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University, where the platform contains a database of national women leaderships, and provides for raising the quality of choice for Saudi women to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia In local and international delegations and official forums, in addition to recording and documenting the successes of women leaders under the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.

Qiyadiyat platform aims to facilitate rapid access to women’s national leadership for public and private sector institutions and Civil society. for registration it is required that she must be a Saudi Citizen, have at least 8 years of experience and two years in a team work supervisory position .
