Al-Nahda concluded the launch campaign of the Takaful 2020 Report, which aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The vision emphasizes performance measurement to support growth and prosperity in the Kingdom and promotes equality in access to economic opportunities for both men and women.

The Takaful Initiative aims to support this vision by identifying areas where decision-makers can intervene to improve working conditions for both genders, through measuring gaps in participation, career advancement, and wages.
